Our second branch is based in Ripley, Derbyshire. Our growing Ripley care team provides excellent Avanti quality care services in Ripley and the surrounding areas, including Heanor, Kilburn, Belper, Ambergate, Heage, Pentrich, Somercotes, Leabrooks, and Codnor.
The Ripley care team is led by Louise Hogg, Registered Manager. Louise is supported by Lucy Grant, Deputy Manager, Hayley Warriner, Care Quality Manager, and Kelly Topley, Senior Care Coordinator. Together, the team is committed to delivering the highest standard of care through experience, compassion, and a shared passion for quality and excellence.

Lucy Grant works hand-in-hand with Registered Manager and plays a key role in supporting both our clients and care team—coordinating daily operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making sure quality standards are always met.
Hayley
Care Quality Manager
Hayley Warriner is the Care Quality Manager, bringing a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of care delivery. Hayley is passionate about ensuring clients receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support, while working closely with care teams to promote continuous improvement, compliance, and best practice.
Kelly
Senior Care Coordinator
Kelly Topley is the Senior Care Coordinator, bringing a dedicated and organised approach to ensuring clients receive reliable, person-centred care. Kelly works closely with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate high-quality support, helping to maintain smooth communication, consistent care delivery, and excellent standards across the service.
